Construction
The collating belt roller conveyor is designed for the transportation of general material. Under the roller conveyors are four central drive shafts. A round belt leads from these shafts to each idler (except the overwind idlers). The shafts are driven by means of a spur wheeled backgear motor with a double V-belt.
The frame is a bolt construction consisting of side wall profiles; these are equipped with appropriate drilled holes for attachment purposes. The frame is reinforced with braces consisting of rectangular tubing.
