Scanning belt conveyor - structure
Robust, maintenance-free side support construction made of special steel frame with system perforation. This makes it possible to fasten all accessories and support feet in any position. The belt conveyor is supported by and slides over a sheet steel underlay on the upper strand. It is supported by rollers on the return strand. The belts can be supplied in different qualities and with different surface properties, depending on the application. The drive motor is attached directly to the driving pulley and is located at the side of the conveyor.
The scanner frame is positioned above the belt conveyor. There are various ways of using the scanner(s). These range from top reading to 5-sided scanning for virtually 100 % data acquisition. The aluminium frame is supported on vibration dampers in order to ensure the highest degree of functionality and reliability. All conveyor elements comply with valid technical rules and accident prevention regulations. The modular construction of the conveyor makes simple extension possible.
