Function
The weigh belt conveyor unit delivers precise weight data. The officially calibratable combination can be extended by a volume measuring frame and a scanner; this system guarantees optimum freight handling thanks to the determination of weight and volume. All objects are identified with the aid of an optional barcode reader.
Thanks to the flexible, mechanical implementation (belt dimension etc.), the modular system structure enables it to be adapted perfectly to the prevailing conditions.
Belt conveyor weigher (dynamic) - structure
Robust, maintenance-free frame construction in stainless steel, steel and aluminium.
The belt is supported by and slides over a sheet steel underlay on the upper strand. It is supported by rollers on the return strand. The belts can be supplied in different qualities and with different surface properties, depending on the application.
The drive motor is located under the conveyor and drives the driving pulley by means of a toothed belt drive. All conveyor elements comply with valid technical rules and accident prevention regulations. The modular construction makes simple extension possible.
