Construction
Low maintenance construction from conventional steel profiles. The idlers are attached within the frame by means of spring loaded spindles. It is possible to have the idlers delivered in steel or if required also in plastic. All conveyor components comply with applicable technical regulations and the UVV (accident prevention) regulations.
Drive source
The drive source is provided by a spur wheeled backgear motor. The traverser station is raised for a short while with the general material by means of a short stroke cylinder and traversed by means of a 90° round belt.
