TGF telescopic belt conveyor

The TGF telescopic belt conveyor line of products was conceived for the quick and secure loading and unloading of trucks, interchangeable open bodies, vans etc.

Through the logical combination of telescopic length and drive-in basic length, a suitable type can be selected from the standard series of products for all implementations.

 

BUDDE - TGF telescopic belt conveyors are constructed at our own plants, finished and end installed.

All utilised components and construction elements like motors and bearings are exclusively high quality manufactured products.

The telescopic frame and all other bearing components are structured in such a way that even the highest static and dynamic stresses can be absorbed without leading to diminished functioning.

  • Stationary configuration
    TGF with hydraulic height adjustment.
  • Moveable configuration
    TGF on moving device with four wheels, freely moveable in all directions.
    TGF on track based moving device for side to side movement; with manual or motorised propulsion.
    TGF with two wheels at the front and a guide for moving with a forklift.
  • Swivel configuration
    TGV on a ball bearing with ground anchoring.
  • Front conveyor
    TGV with vertically adjustable belt in the front for simple loading and unloading.
  • Rear conveyor
    TGV with vertically adjustable belt at the base section for simple loading and unloading.

  • Inside location of driving apparatus and guideways (= no cumbersome protruding edges that lead to space sacrifices, particularly in the ramp area).
