  • 1952 The business was founded by Heribert Budde in June 1952. The object of the company is trade in building machinery and apparatuses. In subsequent years, the company Heribert Budde specialised in the sale of conveyor systems, sack filling carts and silos for bulk material, in particular for the coal trade.
  • 1962 Generous fabrication and administration buildings were constructed on an area of 7.000 qm in Bielefeld-Hillegossen. 60 qualified members of staff constituted the capital. The object of the company was the internal production of individual facilities.
  • 1968 Expansion of services being offered. Budde now offered specialised conveyor systems for the furniture industry and recycling operations. Through the years, Budde developed into a world-wide specialist for system solutions in all sectors of conveyor technology.
  • 1986 Entry into facility technology for package services and the expansion of its market position into the leading supplier. Through the constant advancement of individual product lines and intensive client consultation, our position in terms of the flow of materials and logistics was constantly being expanded in keeping with our motto: "We will move your products - fast, reliably and economically".
  • 1991 Establishment of a BUDDE Fördertechnik GmbH branch operation in Schmalkalden, Thuringia. Creation of an efficient production plant and up-to the-minute machine park on a 5.000 qm site.
  • 1992 Name change to BUDDE Fördertechnik GmbH Bielefeld in January 1992. The two brothers, Wolf-Eckehard Budde (MBA) and Jürgen Budde (BBA), represent the family business as managing directors.
  • 2001 Removal in Thuringia on 20.000 qm large area with 4.000 qm resounding surface and appropriate administration building.
  • 2005 New depot was build in Schmalkalden with 1.300 sqm of stacking ground.
  • 2006 Extension of the production and depot areas in Bielefeld (1.400 sqm).
